Not only when something is missing, but above all for the small things that make a stay: which cove is in shade by the afternoon and which one only in the evening, whether the walk through the Barranc is really worth it in this weather, where you can still get a table on a Sunday evening without booking.
Much of that is in no guidebook, because it changes too quickly or because nobody ever wrote it down. I know it because I live here.
And if something needs booking, I am glad to do it for you. You will not have to make a phone call in Spanish or wait to see whether your email gets answered.

The concierge is not an extra you add to your booking. It comes with every booking made with the owner, and that is precisely the difference from a portal.
Restaurants, including the ones with no sign on the door. Walks that match the weather and your level. Coves that are in shade at that hour.
A table, a boat trip, a hire bike. If you like, Paula makes the calls so that you do not have to.
What is fixed in the year is in our calendar, month by month. What comes up at short notice — a concert, a special market, a fiesta in the next village — Paula knows: dates like these are rarely online, but in the town people know them.
